Your Role
As an Official NEG Talent Scout, you'll:
- Attend local concerts, festivals, and music events
- Discover outstanding unsigned artists
- Evaluate talent, professionalism, and potential
- Recommend exceptional artists to NEG Entertainment

- Recognize exceptional talent
- Have integrity and good judgment
- Want to help artists succeed
